The company where you will work ensures that lots of people can enjoy chicken. It is a modern food factory where chicken is processed - so not a slaughterhouse. Here the chicken is cut, packed and prepared for delivery to supermarkets and well-known chicken restaurants that you see everywhere.
You will be the right hand of the team leader. You will coordinate the production employees on the line. You will ensure that the planning is correct, the team is ready and the materials are on time. You will pay attention to hygiene. You know exactly what top quality is and keep a close eye on it. You adjust the line where necessary, resolve minor malfunctions and at the end of the day everything is superclean again thanks to you.
You work in a 2-shift schedule from Monday to Friday. One week you work from 6am to 3pm. The next week you work from 3pm to midnight.x
Functie omschrijving
Your work as an operator:
- Responsible for the production line planning;
- Overseeing the packaging line and ensuring efficient operations;
- Providing operational guidance to the production employees;
- Acting as the right hand of the team leader, assisting in day-to-day tasks and decision-making;
- Resolving minor technical issues;
- Adjusting and setting up production lines;
- Monitor hygiene and safety.
Ons aanbod
- Monthly salary from €2400 to €3000 excluding all extras;
- Shift allowance of 12.5%;
- Holiday allowance and a 2.15% end-of-year bonus;

Wij vragen
- Experience as an operator in the food industry;
