The company is located in Waalwijk and produces various thermoformed horticultural products, such as pots, trays and containers. In the same location they also produces injection molded products, such as ornamental and hanging pots. About 60 employees work in the production. Functie omschrijving
As a mechanical operator you will work in the Thermo department. In this department, plastic plates (consists of 95% recycled material) are heated and then deformed by a mould. Together with six other fellow operators you will be responsible for this process. The team consists of a team leader, main operator, operators and packers. You will be trained step by step in the process. Once you have the process under control there is an chance you can start with the internal training program and perhaps getting promoted to a Process Operator.
Your tasks briefly:
- Operating, setting and adjusting the machines;
- Performing quality checks;
- Detecting and solving malfunctions;
- packing of products;
- converting machines;
- Monitor progress of the process.

Wij vragen
- Preferably a technical degree/ diploma;
- Experience with thermoforming is an advantage;
- Experience as a mechanical operator;
- A reachtruck certificate (or wiling take the course);
- Good communicative skills;
- Fluent in the Dutch or English language.
